About the Company

Our client is a well-established contractor specialising in the social housing sector, delivering void works, planned maintenance, and property refurbishments across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join their friendly, professional team.

The Role

You will carry out a variety of domestic property maintenance and refurbishment tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent service at every stage.

Main responsibilities include:

Completing a range of tasks including tiling, plumbing, joinery, flooring, plastering, drylining, and screeding

Carrying out bathroom and kitchen renewals

Full bathroom refurbishments and wet room installations

Communicating effectively with tenants, clients, and colleagues

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar multi-trade or property maintenance role

Strong skills in Plastering, tiling, plumbing, joinery, and general refurbishment work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills

A full UK driving licence is essential

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Overtime available at enhanced rates
