Accounting Manager

Pay: $110k-$130k DOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and month-end close. This role bridges finance and operations, ensuring accuracy across the general ledger, inventory, and project accounting while improving processes as the company scales.Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
Oversee AP/AR and cash forecasting; improve billing processes.
Partner with production on inventory reconciliation and cost accounting.
Maintain audit documentation and support tax and compliance filings.
Supervise accounting team and foster growth and accountability.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting (MBA or CMA a plus).
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments.
Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP/MRP system experience.
Advanced Excel skills and process improvement mindset.Skills & Abilities
High attention to detail and clear communication across departments.
Proven ability to analyze and enhance accounting workflows.Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Frequent use of computers and office equipment.
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
