Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B Collector. This role focuses on high-volume business-to-business collections, with responsibilities that include managing aging reports, overseeing credit approvals, and negotiating repayment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume B2B collections, managing aging accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Review and analyze aging reports, prioritizing outreach for delinquent accounts.

Negotiate repayment plans and monitor payment compliance to ensure timely recovery.

Manage credit approvals and monitor credit limits in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of collection activities, communications, and payment arrangements.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analyzing AR data.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B collections experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting).

Demonstrated experience with aging reports, credit approvals, and repayment negotiations.

Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance goals.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
