Job Description

The LPN/RN provides comprehensive patient care within a medical office setting, including preparing patients for examinations, administering injections and medications, dressing wounds, interpreting physician instructions, assisting with minor procedures, and managing related tasks. Under the physician’s guidance, they triage and assess incoming calls requiring nursing intervention, maintain accurate records of vital signs and patient data, sterilize instruments, ensure supplies are stocked, and may perform certain laboratory tests to support patient care.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

30 hours per week - First Shift

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

No Weekend Commitment

Valid LPN or RN License in State of Indiana
