Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee — earn up to ($1767 - $1860 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in performance evaluations and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed.

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Utilize data and metrics to assess patient outcomes and improve care delivery.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.

Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee with MedSurg experience.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in nursing.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective patient care plans.

Strong communication skills to engage with patients and families.

Proficient in adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Experience in monitoring patient progress and adjusting care accordingly.
