At Arcadia Medical Resort of Parkside, we are dedicated to providing top-quality care and rehabilitation services to our residents in a luxurious, resort-style environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Provide therapy to individuals and groups to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals

Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, safety, and strategies for improving daily living activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of WA

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting is preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work on a PRN basis, as needed
