Summary

Waldorf Women's Care (WWC), a thriving gynecology practice serving the DC metro area, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. You'll work collaboratively with our physicians to provide comprehensive gynecological care to a diverse patient population in a supportive and modern environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams and gynecological assessments

Diagnose and manage common gynecological conditions

Prescribe medications and therapies

Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests

Assist and perform minor procedures

Provide patient education and counseling on preventative care, family planning, and women's health issues

Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Education:

PA: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

NP: Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Women's Health or related field

Licensure & Certification:

Current and unrestricted license as a PA or NP in Maryland and Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)

National certification as a PA-C or relevant NP certification

Experience:

Prior experience in women's health or gynecology is preferred but not required
