Position: RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio — earn up to ($2412 - $2539 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Monitor and interpret patient telemetry readings accurately.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Assess and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Document patient information and care activities thoroughly and accurately.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.

Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Maintain a high level of visibility and accountability in work activities.

Utilize pipelines to forecast and enhance patient care outcomes.

Experience/Qualifications

Current Ohio RN license with no restrictions.

Minimum of 2 years experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.

Proficiency in interpreting telemetry readings and implementing interventions.

Strong ability to assess and respond to patient condition changes swiftly.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards compliance.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Proven track record of meeting departmental targets and performance metrics.

Ability to educate patients and families on health conditions effectively.

Strong documentation skills for patient information and care activities.
