Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Lawrence, Massachusetts — earn up to ($2420 - $2548 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.

Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.

Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.

Support the achievement of departmental and organizational targets.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Massachusetts with Labor and Delivery experience.

Commitment to continuous professional development and training.

Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.

Experience in managing labor and delivery emergencies proficiently.

Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.

Strong collaboration skills to work with healthcare team members.

Ability to educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Experience in evaluating and implementing best practices in care.

Ability to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated skill in accurate documentation of patient care activities.
