Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 17-week contract in Albany, Georgia — earn up to ($2012 - $2118 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Achieve targets set for patient care and outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Georgia with ICU experience preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong assessment skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
Proficient in documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Experience in administering medications and treatments in an ICU setting.
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Willingness to engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Ability to utilize data for evaluating patient care effectiveness.
