We’re seeking a Bilingual Clinical Program Lead to guide and mentor a team of clinicians delivering behavioral health services. This role blends leadership, supervision, and community connection — ideal for someone who wants to use their expertise flexibly while shaping the growth of a mission-driven nonprofit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to care team members
Ensure quality of service delivery, documentation, and compliance
Oversee programming related to substance use and mental health services
Support staff with case consultation, crisis response, and professional development
Assist with insurance credentialing and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with leadership to enhance bilingual and culturally competent care
Strengthen community partnerships and contribute to program development
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)
At least 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision
Background in substance use and mental health treatment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Familiarity with Allentown/Lehigh Valley community preferred
