Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Saratoga Springs, New York — earn up to ($2083 - $2193 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.

Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.

Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.

Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines and targets.

Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in New York State, with telemetry certification preferred.

Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Strong commitment to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Strong ability to interpret telemetry data and assess patient conditions.

Proven track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ability to document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

Ability to manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.

Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families effectively.

Experience with performance metrics to enhance nursing practices.
