Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico — earn up to ($2249 - $2368 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Maintain a high level of visibility and accountability in work activities.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient outcomes and improve care.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of New Mexico.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Eagerness to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Experience in Progressive Care Unit or similar nursing environment.
Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
Ability to engage in performance reviews and set development goals.
Experience in mentoring or training new nursing staff.
