Responsibilities
Continuously update knowledge on cardiovascular technologies and techniques.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal and professional skills.
Assist in cardiovascular procedures ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and document patient vitals during procedures.
Maintain and operate cardiovascular equipment with precision and care.
Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Contribute to a high-visibility work environment by sharing progress and results.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in performance reviews and set personal growth targets.
Analyze and report on procedure outcomes to improve future performance.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential improvements in procedures.
Provide mentorship to junior staff and support their development.
Experience/Qualifications
