Position: RN-Endoscopy (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care during endoscopic procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills.
Assist physicians with endoscopic equipment and procedures.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during procedures.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care.
Maintain and sterilize endoscopic instruments and equipment.
Document patient information and procedure details accurately.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care processes.
Provide feedback to improve departmental procedures and protocols.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in South Carolina with a focus on endoscopy procedures.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Experience in endoscopic nursing with hands-on patient care skills.
Track record of achieving performance targets in a healthcare setting.
Ability to monitor and assess patient vitals effectively during procedures.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Proficiency in sterilizing and maintaining endoscopic equipment.
Ability to document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Proficient in utilizing data to improve patient care processes.
