Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — earn up to ($2177 - $2291 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.

Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status regularly.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Educate families on neonatal care and health management.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Evaluate and adjust care based on patient progress and feedback.

Stay updated on best practices and advancements in neonatal care.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and success.

Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Oklahoma with NICU experience.

Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.

Strong understanding of neonatal care protocols and best practices.

Experience in patient assessment and monitoring vital signs.

Commitment to safety and infection control protocols.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Skilled in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Experience in utilizing data to track patient outcomes.

Ability to educate families on neonatal care practices.
