Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Camden, South Carolina — earn up to ($1641 - $1727 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in patient care.
Engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals for improvement.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments accurately.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success.
Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate patient information.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in South Carolina and BLS certification required.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a MedSurg nursing environment preferred.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in patient care.
Proficiency in electronic health records and patient documentation.
Track record of meeting departmental targets and personal goals.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
