Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
Assist in training new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in New York with ICU experience required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong understanding of critical care protocols and patient monitoring.
Strong adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare team.
Ability to maintain high visibility and accountability in work activities.
Excellent documentation skills for patient progress and treatment.
Proficient in utilizing data for evaluating care effectiveness.
Experience in educating patients and families on care procedures.
Willingness to assist in training and mentoring new staff.
