Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.
Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure emergency situations effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments and procedures.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in California with specialization in Emergency Nursing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
Strong ability to work under pressure in fast-paced emergency situations.
Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology for patient care.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Proven track record of achieving performance targets and goals.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team.
Knowledge of hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
