Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Baltimore, Maryland — earn up to ($2020 - $2126 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.

Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure emergency situations.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective treatment.

Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Engage in performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Maryland or compact state eligibility.

Minimum of 2 years experience in an emergency department setting.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Proficiency in using electronic health records and medical equipment.

Ability to develop and implement patient care plans effectively.

Ability to educate patients and families on health management.

Willingness to engage in performance reviews for self-improvement.
