Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.
Stay updated on the latest telemetry nursing practices and technologies.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives to improve patient care outcomes.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in New Hampshire with telemetry nursing experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and nursing education.
Proficient in monitoring and interpreting telemetry data for patient safety.
Knowledge of current telemetry nursing practices and technologies.
Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare team members for care planning.
Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
Ability to utilize performance metrics for personal nursing practice improvement.
Strong documentation skills for patient assessments and interventions.
