Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 14-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — earn up to ($2389 - $2515 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.

Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.

Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Evaluate and implement best practices in labor and delivery care.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.

Support and mentor junior nursing staff as needed.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Oklahoma with experience in labor and delivery.

Proven ability to monitor and assess labor and delivery patient conditions.

Strong accountability for individual performance and achieving targets.

Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in a clinical setting.

Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams for patient care planning.

Ability to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately and efficiently.

Experience in educating patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Capability to mentor and support junior nursing staff effectively.
