Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 8-week contract in Lone Tree, Colorado — earn up to ($2755 - $2900 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns.

Assist in emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions.

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Evaluate and improve care delivery processes.

Utilize technology to enhance patient care and communication.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Experience/Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Colorado.

Minimum 3 years experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education.

Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Proficiency in electronic health records and patient documentation systems.

Experience in using technology to enhance patient care.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating and improving care processes.
