Williams Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art dental lab located in Gilroy, California that prioritizes customer service. We are dedicated to growing our team with self-motivated individuals who are organized, detail oriented and able to learn and adapt to Williams Dental Lab protocols. We are looking for a CAD/CAM TECH/FRONT OFFICE team member.

Requirements:

Speak, read and understand English

Located in commuting distance of Gilroy, California (no relocation is available)

Have a positive and professional attitude

Reliable and dependable

Able to accept direction/correction on work related tasks

Time management, and ability to prioritize work

Knowledge of Itero/Trios is a plus

Knowledge of Dental technology, and dental terminology is a plus

Knowledge of 3Shape is a plus

Ability to read and understand prescriptions

Strong Attention to Detail

Extensive Computer Experience

Job Duties

Download and process inter oral scans from multiple scanning portals

Enter each case received into our lab tracking software

Send cases to design department

Maintain Digital records per Williams Dental Lab Protocol

Design 3D models for 3D printing production

Nesting models for printing

Post processing of Models with ultra sonic cleaner and curing equipment

Timely unloading 3D printers

Post printing quality check of completed units to make sure they meet Williams Dental Lab Standards.

Trouble shooting and resolving any issues with software and equipment

Maintain and calibrate 3D printers
