Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Chattanooga, Tennessee — earn up to ($2343 - $2467 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Tennessee with Operating Room specialty certification.

Ability to monitor and assess patient vitals during surgical procedures.

Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Proven experience in operating room settings, preferably 2+ years.

Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development programs.

Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical protocols.

Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with medical staff.

Strong communication skills for effective patient and staff interactions.

Ability to maintain accurate records of patient care and procedures.

Experience in using data to improve operational efficiency in healthcare.
