Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Milwaukee, Wisconsin — earn up to ($2020 - $2126 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Stay updated on best practices in nursing care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive team environment and culture.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Wisconsin with stepdown unit experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong assessment skills to monitor and evaluate patient conditions.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
Proficiency in utilizing data to enhance patient care outcomes.
Strong time management skills to meet patient care goals.
Experience in documenting patient care and treatment plans accurately.
