Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina — earn up to ($1773 - $1866 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

Collaborate with surgical team to ensure successful operations.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during surgery.

Adhere to hospital policies and procedures for patient safety.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Ensure all surgical equipment is sterilized and functioning properly.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families about procedures.

Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of the operating room.

Utilize data to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth.

Experience/Qualifications

Possess valid RN license with specialization in Operating Room nursing.

Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring patient vitals during surgery.

Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.

Experience with sterilization and maintenance of surgical equipment.

Strong ability to collaborate effectively with surgical team members.

Excellent communication skills with patients and families about procedures.

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records consistently.

Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Ability to contribute to departmental goals and achieve targets.

Proactive in self-assessment and seeking feedback for personal growth.
