Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.

Adapt to changing environments and patient needs effectively.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale.

Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee and relevant certifications for emergency care.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Experience in emergency department nursing with acute care patients.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Strong focus on achieving performance targets and accountability.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff.

Experience with patient triage and prioritizing care based on severity.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and environments.

Ability to utilize data for assessing and improving patient outcomes.

Willingness to participate in team meetings and contribute to strategies.
