Position: RN-IR-Interventional Radiology (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in interventional radiology procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after procedures.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for all procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and care plans.
Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Utilize advanced imaging technology to assist in procedures.
Assist in training new staff and mentoring junior team members.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state.
Experience in interventional radiology or similar clinical settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions accurately.
Strong communication skills to explain procedures to patients.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
Experience with performance metrics and achieving individual targets.
Familiarity with advanced imaging technology used in procedures.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Willingness to mentor and assist in training new staff members.
