Position: RN-CVPICU-Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric cardiovascular ICU patients.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Achieve performance targets and contribute to departmental goals.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.

Participate in case reviews and contribute to best practice discussions.

Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina with pediatric cardiovascular ICU experience.

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Strong communication skills with patients, families, and team members.

Track record of achieving performance targets and contributing to goals.

Experience in monitoring and documenting patient conditions accurately.

Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practices for improved outcomes.
