Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa — earn up to ($2016 - $2122 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Engage in performance evaluations to track personal growth.
Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate patient documentation.
Experience/Qualifications
Must have a valid RN license in Iowa and relevant emergency care certifications.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Experience in emergency department settings preferred for effective patient care.
Strong communication skills to explain care plans to patients and families.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations for personal growth.
Ability to contribute to departmental targets and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse medical teams.
Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately in EHR systems.
