What You'll Do:
Oversee patient admissions, care planning, and coordination of services to ensure individualized, compliant, and high-quality care
Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and delegation of nursing tasks per licensure and policy
Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, chart audits, incident reporting, and participation in quality improvement initiatives
Manage clinical operations within budget, coordinate billing and payroll documentation, and support process enhancements
Serve as a key liaison for clients, families, physicians, and community partners, while contributing to agency outreach and reporting
What You'll Need:
Active MN RN License
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in home care or assisted living
Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred
