Position: RN-PICU-Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and quality metrics.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate families on care plans and health management strategies.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care processes.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Wisconsin with PICU experience preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong clinical skills in pediatric intensive care nursing.
Experience in monitoring and documenting patient conditions accurately.
Proven track record of achieving departmental targets and quality metrics.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Strong communication skills to foster a positive work environment.
