Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska — earn up to ($2776 - $2923 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Alaska with Operating Room experience.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.

Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and medical staff.

Experience in adhering to safety protocols and infection control.

Experience in monitoring patient vitals during surgical operations.

Skilled in maintaining accurate patient care records.

Ability to evaluate personal performance and seek feedback.

Proficient in utilizing data for operational efficiency improvements.

Willingness to support and train new staff members.
