Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Adapt to changing environments and patient needs effectively.
Promote a positive work environment and team morale.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Wisconsin with ER experience preferred.
Ability to provide high-quality emergency care under pressure.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams.
Strong documentation skills for patient records and treatment plans.
Proficient in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs effectively.
Experience in using data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment and team morale.
Willingness to participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
