Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas — earn up to ($1641 - $1727 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.
Assist in emergency procedures and crisis management.
Adapt to high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective treatment.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.
Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal and professional growth.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Texas with ER experience.
Proficient in emergency care protocols and procedures.
Excellent decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
Eager to participate in continuous professional development.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
Skilled in using medical equipment and technology in patient care.
Knowledge of hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
