Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Nashua, New Hampshire — earn up to ($2267 - $2386 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Support a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in New Hampshire with ICU experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Ability to support a results-driven culture and accountability.
Ability to monitor and assess critically ill patients effectively.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards.
Capacity to administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Strong communication skills for team collaboration and patient education.
Ability to utilize data to track and improve patient outcomes.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation accuracy.
Willingness to engage in performance reviews and feedback.
