Position: RN-Oncology (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Oncology for a 13-week contract in Duluth, Georgia — earn up to ($2084 - $2193 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments to patients.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans and side effects.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Evaluate and implement best practices in oncology nursing.

Assist in the development of patient care plans.

Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve service delivery.

Foster a supportive environment for patients and their families.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Georgia with oncology specialization preferred.

Experience in administering chemotherapy and oncology treatments.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Demonstrated accountability for individual performance and results.

Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
