Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa — earn up to ($1944 - $2047 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Iowa with telemetry nursing experience.
Strong ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.
Proven track record in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Strong documentation skills for patient assessments and interventions.
Effective communication skills with patients and healthcare teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Ability to thrive in a results-oriented and high-visibility work environment.
Experience in utilizing performance metrics for personal improvement.
Experience in training and orienting new nursing staff.
