Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Kingwood, Texas — earn up to ($2005 - $2111 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure successful operations.
Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain sterile environment to prevent infections.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Utilize performance metrics to enhance personal and team success.
Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
Assist in preparing operating room and surgical instruments.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Evaluate and improve patient care processes.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Texas with OR experience.
Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures and operating room protocols.
Strong ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals during surgery.
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and surgical team.
Commitment to maintaining a sterile environment to prevent infections.
Eagerness for continuous learning and professional development.
Proven track record of meeting departmental targets and goals.
Proficiency in documenting patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
Ability to utilize performance metrics to enhance team success.
Experience in preparing operating room and surgical instruments.
