Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Utilize performance metrics to improve personal and team outcomes.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Educate patients and families on health management and emergency procedures.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Support the implementation of new protocols and procedures in the ER.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arkansas or compact state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
Strong understanding of emergency care protocols and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Knowledge of safety protocols and cleanliness standards in healthcare.
Experience with patient triage and prioritization techniques.
Ability to engage in constructive feedback and self-assessment.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
