Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry data.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Utilize telemetry equipment effectively for patient monitoring.
Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Virginia with telemetry experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and data interpretation.
Proven ability to respond to patient condition changes swiftly.
Experience in developing patient care plans collaboratively with a team.
Ability to document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
Effective communication skills for patient and family education.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Experience in engaging in performance evaluations and feedback.
