Responsibilities
Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain and operate radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Educate patients about procedures and address their concerns.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Document and report all procedures accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Analyze performance metrics to improve service delivery.
Engage in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies.
Assist in the development of departmental protocols and standards.
Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and support.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in interventional radiology procedures and techniques.
Strong understanding of patient safety protocols in radiology settings.
Ability to operate and maintain advanced radiology equipment effectively.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in radiology.
Effective communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with teams.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in healthcare environments.
Experience in documenting and reporting radiology procedures accurately.
Ability to analyze performance metrics to enhance service delivery.

Strong problem-solving skills for addressing patient concerns during procedures.
