We offer a competitive salary starting at $95,000 and up depending on experience, making it a rewarding opportunity for passionate professionals.What You'll Do

Plan, organize, and direct the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Provide strong leadership, motivation, and mentorship to nursing staff.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective resident care plans.

Oversee quality improvement initiatives and update nursing policies and procedures.

Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

Foster a positive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care.What We're Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.

Knowledge of long-term care regulations (state and federal).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nursing experience in long-term care or rehabilitation desired.
