Job Description

We are seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C to join our team! We are a forward-thinking primary care medical group located in the heart of Venice, and are looking for team-players to join our growing medical group. Experience in family medicine/primary care preferred.

Responsibilities:

Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures

Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations

Provide preventive medicine services such as Medicare Annual Wellness examinations

Track and address care gaps among patient panel(s)

Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance

Develop and implement patient management plans

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Current Physician Assistant or Advanced Nurse Practitioner License/Certification.

Familiarity with basic preventive care and Quality & coding protocols.

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
