Seeking Nurse Practitioner for a mobile wound care program to service patients in their homes and in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the South Bend area.

Required:

Active NP license in IN

Driver's license + vehicle

Pass all background checks

Comfortable with wound care

Patient- focused, caring bedside manner

Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic, comfortable with technology
