Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure safety.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Achieve departmental targets and contribute to team goals.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Support a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arizona with PCU experience preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Proven track record of achieving departmental targets and goals.
Demonstrated ability in patient assessment and monitoring in a PCU setting.
Ability to adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
