Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 14-week contract in Snellville, Georgia — earn up to ($1705 - $1795 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure safety.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Support a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care and efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia with PCU experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring in a progressive care setting.
Ability to set and achieve individual performance targets.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and patient education.
Willingness to engage in feedback sessions and performance evaluations.
Ability to document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work environment through teamwork.
Experience with technology used in patient care and documentation.
