Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Derry, New Hampshire — earn up to ($1930 - $2032 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care needs and departmental goals.
Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in New Hampshire with telemetry certification.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Experience in telemetry nursing within a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Ability to document patient care accurately and timely.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting telemetry data effectively.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
