Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 20-week contract in Hagerstown, Maryland — earn up to ($2137 - $2249 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
Manage patient care assignments effectively to meet unit goals.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions for growth.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in Maryland with PCU experience preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
Proven experience in patient care within a Progressive Care Unit.
Understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Engagement in quality improvement initiatives for unit success.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Ability to manage patient care assignments effectively.
Excellent documentation skills for patient care activities.
